Cancellation and Refund Policy for HeroMash, LLC

Thank you for purchasing our products and services. We are committed to providing high-quality content and professional coaching. This policy outlines our rules for cancellations and refunds for our distinct offerings.

By making a purchase on our site (RoleModelshipHabits.com), you agree to the terms of this policy.

Digital Products (E-books, Downloadable Files)

This policy section covers any digital product sold on our site, including but not limited to the “Role Modelship” e-book.

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the instant-access, non-returnable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital product once the purchase is complete and the product has been delivered or made accessible. Please ensure you have read the product description before purchasing.

Physical Products (e.g., Printed Books)

This policy section covers any physical items sold and shipped to you.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will replace or refund any physical product that arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will provide instructions for a return (at our expense) and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

General Returns (Customer Remorse): If you are unsatisfied with your physical product for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original product cost. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Professional Coaching Services

This policy section covers all one-on-one and group coaching services offered by HeroMash, LLC.

Client Cancellation of a Single Session: We hold your scheduled time just for you. We require a minimum of [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a single coaching session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than [24 hours] notice will be accommodated at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than [24 hours] notice, or a “no-show” for a scheduled session, will result in the session being forfeited. You will be charged the full price for that missed session.

Cancellation of a Coaching Package: If you purchase a multi-session coaching package and wish to discontinue the service before completing all sessions, you may request a partial refund.

Any sessions you have already completed will be billed at our standard, non-discounted, single-session rate.

The remaining balance from your package payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation by Us (HeroMash, LLC): We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., coach illness, family emergency). We will notify you as soon as possible and will work to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. You will not be charged for any session canceled by us.

How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund

To initiate a return for a physical product or request a refund for a coaching package, please email us directly at [email protected] with your name, order details, and the reason for your request.

HeroMash, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Changes to Terms

HeroMash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which RoleModelshipHabits.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. HeroMash encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
